Flat Rate shipping of $10 within Australia and $15 to New Zealand.

Please allow 2-5 business days delivery frame in Australia 3-10 business days to New Zealand.

International Shipping

$30 flat rate- via International Airmail with tracking. 

Please allow 11-21 business days for delivery plus customs (customs times vary country to country).

Your items are shipped within 3-5 business days after payment, unless stated otherwise in the listing. 
You will be sent an email with your tracking number once your purchase has been shipped (please check your junk mail folders).

If you would like to add INSURANCE to your order please contact us.

Please be aware that customers are liable/responsible for all import duties/taxes that may be charged.

Please also note that Desert Monsoon is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages packages during shipment.
No compensation will be made by us for errors by the Post Office or if incorrect address is given upon checkout.
